Oversized, elegant, and complicated, this attractive Wakmann Triple Calendar Chronograph features numerous complications in a strategic dial layout to maximize legibility and aesthetics. The robust 39.5mm case wears extremely well and holds up well to modern sizing standards while maintaining its charming vintage appeal. The Valjoux cal. 730 movement is based on the famous Valjoux cal. 72 and remains just as reliable, however, it also incorporates a full calendar complication.

CASE & BRACELET

The exceptionally well-preserved and crisp gold-plated case exhibits no evidence of being previously polished and displays only nominal signs of previous use. The case retains its orignial Wakmann crown and pump pushers. The case back retains all of the factory markings in unaltered and crisp condition. The watch comes supplied on a 2pc handmade leather strap.

DIAL & HANDS

The original silver sunburst dial is in virtually flawless condition, exhibiting no notable signs of age or damage. The original hands are also in excellent condition and the tritium lume has achieved a lovely golden-yellow patina with no degradation present when inspected under UV light.

None. The watch is keeping time, but the service history is unknown. A movement service can be provided upon request.
