Each topaz is cut into a faceted oval shape and is then set into 10k yellow gold. Above is a line of silver topped gold dotted with six antique diamonds. Together, the topaz gems weigh a total of 3.4 carats and the diamonds .20 carats with a color of H-J, clarity SI1-3.
