Unique in shape, it is a quatrefoil or four-lobed design and reminiscent of a the outline of a lucky clover.

Thick and deep clear glass is framed by a bezel of 18k gold over sterling silver. A large bale is placed at the top.

Twist up or down the fitting, and the locket opens or closes securely. The interior compartment will hold a photograph or lock of hair, but nothing thicker. Wonderful presence; it is generous in size.
