WHAT WE LOVE:
The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Ref. 250.5.86 is a quintessential expression of Art Deco design. Originally conceived for polo players in the 1930s, the Reverso’s unique reversible case has become a canvas for both practicality and beauty.
This reference features a two-tone construction with stainless steel flanked by warm 18k yellow gold accents, lending the piece both contrast and refinement. Measuring 23mm across and 38.5mm lug-to-lug, the case wears elegantly and offers a slim profile, perfect for slipping under a cuff. The reverse side of the case is brushed and unadornedideal for engraving or simply appreciating the geometric symmetry of the design.
The two-tone silver dial is tastefully executed, with crisp black Arabic numerals, a fine minute track, and blued steel sword hands that provide a subtle pop of colour. Everything is kept minimal and highly legible, in true Reverso tradition.
WHATS INSIDE:
Powering the watch is the manually wound Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 846a reliable and well-finished in-house movement that underscores the maisons commitment to traditional watchmaking. Paired with a high-quality leather strap, this Reverso is as versatile as it is refined.
