They have a great look and Submariner style case with rotating elapsed time bezel, crown guards, and screwed down crown and were originally waterproof to 200 meters.

The 1000 appeared as a result of some experimentation with diving watches that the company was doing in the 1970s, and the design borrowed heavily from the Rolex Submariner (but Heuer used a Jubilee style bracelet) which was a good seller at the time for Rolex, though nothing like its iconic status today.

Our TAG Heuer Submariner is in beautiful all-original condition with a pleasingly long bracelet that fits even a quite large wrist.

It presents in gorgeous condition – about a 9.5 out of 10. The case shows light signs of previous polishing . On the wrist it presents as mint.

The untouched original dial is mint. The original mineral glass presents as mint. The crown still screws down well.
