The story of the Margrette Bronze/Brass is a curious one. Some clerical mixup meant the cases were fashioned from Brass rather than Bronze which lead to a major recall of these watches, which in turn has lead to them becoming quite rare and sought after. The watch has no issues other than the erroneous printing of ‘Bronze’ on the dial.
