Paveset on the front the puffy heart is encrusted with deep green natural emeralds. Another heart at the center with rose cut diamonds, all this in platinum.

A removable bale fitting shows off additional diamonds and emeralds. The remainder is 18k yellow gold. Open the locket, and the interior shows off two concave compartments.

To to reverse, hand engraved curlicues and designs punctate the highly polished surface.
